The client requested a concept proposal based on the demolition of the existing house except for the basement level. A layout was thus created to meet the client’s needs and two versions of the external finishes were created.

One version uses red brick and white joint at ground level, with dark zinc interlocking cladding on the upper level.

The other version is based on the Huf Haus concept that is energy efficient, employing the symbiosis between extremely well insulated wooden panels, triple glaze windows and a large photovoltaic system across the entire roof.
